Wanting something amped up with a wide, synthy sound we basically got stuck into making the sound fun to listen to. I love the feeling of being carried along in the flow of a track. We got to do two of my favourite silly metal tropes, too, in the layered harsh vocals and the back-and-forth clean and harsh between Pat and Jessie. Jessie was great to work with - my bandmates getting excited to bring her on board was actually my introduction to her music! Lovely person, and absolutely brought the cool to this one. It's also my first time doing bass for DS, so trying to do a good job there took over my life a little extra, too.
