It’s my definition of that perfect collection of sounds and songs, artistically earnest and uncompromising, from beginning to end.” TDBH's brand of “Heavy Rock and Roll” is a 60’s, 70’s, and early 80’s cocktail of hard and heavy rock, informed by an undeniable metal influence - infused with progressive flavors - drawing the listener to a place where musicians shine; with plentiful space within the fabric of the compositions to explore their signature voices. Major inspiration is drawn from a DNA deeply informed by Black Sabbath, Robin Trower, Deep Purple, early Scorpions, AC/DC to Opeth, Graveyard, and many other giants. The project's first offering, the single - "Dragon”, is a mid-tempo, riff driven “banger” - loaded with soulful Hammond organ, Rhodes, and Mellotron courtesy of Evergrey’s Rikard Zander, the thunderous rhythm section of Evergrey’s Johan Niemann on bass and Dicki Fliszar on drums (Jack Russel’s Great White, Iron Maiden’s Bruce Dickinson), VK’s explosive signature vocals, and Alex’s psychedelic tinged, heavy guitar work.
